If You cancel/ deactivate/ unsubscribe Your account with Us, We are not under any obligation to retain Your Information. However, We may retain the Information pertaining to the User for the maximum period permitted under the law of the land from the date of deactivation of User’s Account.

OneCare uses commercially reasonable technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of the User’s Personal Information.
